A full system replacement, start to finish.
I cannot recommend Lakehills Mechanical highly enough! I recently had them completely replace my 27 year old home’s HVAC system, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Ben, the owner, along with his team, Matt and Randy, are the epitome of professionalism. Ben provided a quote that was very fair and reasonable. I estimate they saved me at least $4,000.00 compared to other estimates. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were incredibly knowledgeable and masters of their craft. What impressed me most was their incredible work ethic. They were extremely focused on the task at hand and worked with a level of intensity you rarely see these days. In fact, they hardly took any breaks at all! I offered them coffee, water, and food several times, but they were so dedicated to finishing the job that they politely declined it all just to stay on track. Due to that focus, they managed to complete the entire system replacement in less than two days. To top it all off, they didn't just disappear once everything was installed. They provided very detailed follow-up instructions on exactly how to maintain the system to keep it running smoothly for years to come. We have had Lakehills Mechanical out a few times. For our heater and a/c system. They have been wonderful every time. Ben is our main technician. He is very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. A couple times he came out and there was no charge. New thermostat went out within a year and it was still under warranty. Another time came out for a minor problem and did not charge us. When there is a charge it is reasonable, comparable to other companies with quality service. We have used them for about 5yrs now. I highly recommend them. Ben especially. He is very easy to get a hold of and often comes out the same day. Rarely did we have to wait a few days.

After milking our heatpump these past few years with Lakehills Mechanical, we finally worked with Ben to replace it and the old ducting system. With the new heatpump and ducting installed, our whole house has never been this comfortable, especially with the current low outside temperatures. Matt and Randy went the extra mile to make sure the air flow was perfect in every room. They were very professional and keep the house clean as they worked. Can not thank them enough.
